from the direction of Rose Keep, and as he is doing so he notices the small book laying by the ward. Anyone paying attention will notice him carrying a package and wearing a pink hood. He walks over to the book, picks it up, opens and then closes it, cycles the wards and step inside. He then emerges a few moments later without the book and continues walking toward the tavern.
